BUILDING CONSTRUCTION AND MANAGEMENT
CreaArquitectura and us together with you will choose the builder under a closed budget and duly justified by work units.
We coordinate ourselves with the Builder and all the industrials, and all the construction workers to make the most effective possible construction.
CreaArquitectura will designate the Project Management to an effective and trustful person that will be coordinated with the construction company.
Our experience provide us with the knowledge of how to address and work with the public entities. That helps to go through all the formalities easier and faster.
So that our investors always know how is going the work we offer the possibility of installing live webcams .
PLANIFICATION AND ORGANIZATION

Sergi is an architect and a building engineer. Sergi is specialized in coming to true the complete design and the construction, as well as taking care of all the formalities.
Laura is in charge of all the comercial activities and meets with the clients and introduces them to the project. She’s the voice of our clients to the architects. She is always available and will be happy to help.
Carmen is our lawyer. She goes through all the agreements and legal documents so all the formalities and paper work are taken with high guarantees.
